It can accommodate up to four people, including children, with the possibility of adding an extra child aged 0-3 years (not completed) on a folding cot, upon request. sustainable travel
“We are living on this planet as if we had another one to go to.” — Terri Swearingen

The climate crisis is the greatest challenge of this century! Developing environmental awareness and adopting sustainable behaviors is far more than just “a trend” — it is a necessary path to safeguard natural resources and preserve them as a legacy for future generations. That is why sustainable development must not remain a mere catchphrase, but must be translated into concrete commitments. In our own small way, we strive to help our planet — and above all, the future of our children. Venice, like most historic cities, is not preparing for sweeping changes, yet even the smallest change, if embraced by each individual, can lead to remarkable results!

- When you leave the house, turn off the air conditioning and only turn it on when you're in the apartment, but make sure the windows are closed.
- Make sure sinks are properly closed and there are no leaks.
- Use local products; there's a market just steps away with a wide selection of products.
- Separate and dispose of waste properly.
- Don't leave trash around the city.
- Walk around with a water bottle that you can fill at the many fountains provided by the city.
